火电系统石家庄风机厂风机用钢的焊接试验研究

摘要
石家庄风机厂风机被广泛应用在国民生产生活的各个行业,也是火力发电系统的重要组成部分。石家庄风机厂风机的焊接工艺和材料选择直接影响着石家庄风机厂风机的使用寿命。为了提高石家庄风机厂风机的整体质量和使用寿命,对石家庄风机厂风机用钢的焊接工艺进行研究具有重要意义和价值。
本文对火电系统用石家庄风机厂风机的各结构进行了焊接工艺试验,石家庄风机厂风机叶片釆用氧乙炔火焰喷焊处理,主轴采用B钢焊接,石家庄风机厂风机叶轮采用C钢焊接。进行了碳当量计算,焊接工艺选择,焊后对各接头进行性能试验及微观组织分析,包括拉伸、弯曲、冲击韧性、硬度、金相分析等试验。同时对个别试件进行了 SEM断口扫描,对喷焊试验进行了孔隙率试验。
试验表明,经过优化的工艺参数得到的接头性能良好,氧乙炔火焰喷焊处理可以很好的提高材料的表面硬度,并且与母材浸润良好;通过对B钢和C钢的碳当量计算可得出其焊接性均较差,需要对焊接试件进行焊前预热处理以及焊后热处理,以得到性能更优的焊接接头;不同热输入得到的接头组织性能有一定差别,合理选用焊接工艺参数控制热输入的大小能够得到性能较优的接头组织。
Abstract
Blowers is widely used in every industry of national product life,is also an importantpart of thermal power systems. Welding technology and materials selection directly affectsthe service life of blowers. In order to improve the overall quality and the service life of theblowers, tiie research of welding technology of steel for bowers is of great significance andvalue.
This paper studied on welding process of steels for blowers in tiiermal powersystem,blowers blades using oxyacetylene flame spray welding processing, spindle using Bsteel welding, Blowers impeller using C steel welding.Processing flie carbon equivalentcalculation, welding process selection, after welding on the joint performance testing andmicrostructure analysis including tensile, bending, impact toughness, hardness,metallographic analysis experiment.At the same time,processing SEM fracture scanning ofindividual specimens,the porosity test for spray welding experiment.
The results of experiment showed that the optimized process parameters of jointperformance is good; the oxyacetylene flame spray welding process can well improve thematerials surface hardness,and good parent metal infiltration;The carbon equivalentcalculation of B steel and C steel could discern their weldability is bad,need to weldingpecimen for preheating before welding processing and heat treatment after welding, in orderto get better performance of welding joint; Joint organization performance achieved bydifferent heat input has a certain difference,controlling the size of the heat input by thereasonable selection of welding process parameters can get a better performance of jointorganization.
